karlpmueller@yahoo.com BioFull-time Political Scientist (my actual job title) working on national security policy in the Washington office of a prominent Santa Monica-based think tank (sorry, I'm supposed to call it "the original think tank," sort of like The Original Pancake House except with fewer locations and slower sevice), part time professor at Georgetown, occasional (as time permits) wargamer, and more-than-full-time father of a 3-year-old daughter who believes that sleep is for the weak.
More info to follow; oblivious to LJ until two days ago, I wandered in here because my best friend began dating a LiveJournal denizen and I thought I'd tag along to cheer the big plays and possibly taunt the officials.

Well, I'm still a political scientist, the 3-year-old is now 5 and has a little sister, and neither of them sleeps as much as children are supposed to.
